DINA BELLOWS-LEVINE
Managing Partner

Dina Bellows-Levine is the founder and managing partner of Bellows Associates Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, headquartered in South Florida. Bellows Associates is a full-service accounting firm, with a client base that includes not-for profit organizations, labor unions, and pension plans, providing audits of Federally Assisted Housing Projects and Litigation Support Services.

Dina’s experience includes a position with a nationally recognized accounting firm in the audit and tax departments. For more than 28 years, she has specialized in work with not-for-profit organizations.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Dina is active in numerous business and community organizations. She currently serves in leadership positions in Broward Women’s Alliance and Toastmasters International. Dina is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants; The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; AICPA Government Audit Quality Center, AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants.

JENNIFER KOFFMAN

Jennifer R. Koffman, CPA is a Partner at Bellows Associates, Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, headquartered in in South Florida.  Jennifer is charged with the technical oversight of the professional staff. She specializes in not-for-profit organizations and low-income housing.

Joining the firm as a staff auditor in 2005, Jennifer now coordinates the day to day audit and tax departments; meeting clients’ needs with professionalism and expertise. She oversees the strong communication channels internally amongst the staff and externally with clients.  Jennifer ensures that the staff of 20 dynamic professionals receives the training that keeps them up to date with an ever-evolving profession and regulatory environment. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Jennifer received her Master of Accounting degree from Florida Atlantic University.
